On the first day of school, 470 police officers will be stationed near schools and at high-traffic areas throughout the city. Approximately 500 additional buses will be deployed on city routes, and metro intervals will be reduced to 3 minutes. Around 300 school buses will transport over 13,000 students. Local businesses have been recommended to shift some employees to remote work or implement flexible start times to reduce road congestion.
