The tenth and landmark edition of the Les Grands Chais de France The Best Sommelier of Kazakhstan 2026 competition will take place at The Ritz-Carlton Almaty. The event is open to the general public—visitors can attend the spectacular finals and cheer on the competitors. The international jury will include Estonian sommelier Mikk Parré, holder of the ASI Best Sommelier of Europe, Africa & Middle East 2024 title, and French expert Ksenia Volosnikova. Around 60 participants will compete in the qualifying rounds, with ten advancing to the semi-finals and three to the finals.
