In August, Dragonfly Izakaya will host a special gastronomy series by Dmitry Pak, chef of the renowned Paris restaurant UNI with over a decade of experience in London, Paris, and other culinary capitals. On August 13, the restaurant will showcase its first-ever omakase experience — a Japanese dining format where the chef curates the sequence and composition of each course. Dmitry Pak will present his signature 13-course tasting menu for 14 guests. On August 15, TAKUMI will take place — a four-hands dinner where Dmitry Pak and Dragonfly Izakaya's executive chef Sergey Baysarevich will create a seven-course journey that blends Japanese philosophy, French technique, and contemporary haute cuisine.
