Noah's Ark Contact Zoo

Location: Located within the city, Turan Avenue, 2/3 (Astana Park).

About this place: A small contact zoo where you can not only observe animals but also touch and feed them.

The format is intimate — it cannot be compared to a full-scale city zoo, but you can get up close to the animals: serval, monkeys, raccoon, parrots, rabbits, turtles, and chameleons. For families with children, it's the most compact way to spend an hour or two in the park without leaving the city.

History

Reviews are mixed: 2GIS shows a rating of around 3.2 out of 5 with several hundred reviews, so it's worth approaching this with expectations suited to a modest, non-commercialized format rather than as an equivalent to a major zoo. Open daily from 11:00.
