The garden's main attraction is its greenhouse complex equipped with automatic drip irrigation, where palms, citrus trees, hibiscus, and succulents like euphorbia candelabra thrive even when temperatures drop to –30°C outside. The rest of the territory includes a scientific zone with native and introduced plant species, walking paths, and cycling routes.
The garden officially opened on July 2, 2018, as a research center of republican significance with the status of a specially protected natural territory. The total area spans 89.2 hectares (42.9 hectares of park zone, 46.3 hectares of scientific zone). The greenhouse operates daily except Mondays, from 11:00 to 20:00 (ticket office closes at 19:30, with a break from 13:00 to 14:00).
